Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working on IT requirement like Software Developer, Manual/Automation Testers, Java/python developer, Cloud Engineer Etc…
• Also Worked on SAP Requirement Like SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP WM, Etc…
• Worked on SAP offshore projects.
• Understanding the client’s requirements and providing the best possible resources to them.
• Managing, consolidating, and growing your client base.
• Sourcing the right Candidates as per the clients’requirements.
• Screening the resumes as per the job description.

Requirements:

• Used job portals like Monster, Naukri and LinkedIn to fetch best resources.
• Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Strong experience with End to End recruiting as per client requirements and providing best candidate under budget.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹280,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
