Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients, and effectively communicate how our IT solutions can address their specific requirements.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.
– Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT solutions.
– Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and negotiate contracts that meet the client’s budget and timeline.
– Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
– Actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand the network and promote the company’s services.
– Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to the sales manager.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum [X] years of proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
– In-depth knowledge of IT products and services, including software solutions, hardware, networking, and security.
– Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
– Results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
