Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who iz having worming experience in Upwork and freelance portal to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
.Work exp. in working portal like upwork, freelance, guru in online bidding.
Responsible for generating New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Responsible for selling Web and Mobile Services in the International market.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customers.
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s services/products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts and SoW ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
