Job purpose:
·To perform requirement analysis on customer’s requirements and identify/propose a learning solution.
·To design &; review instructional content developed for various training product types
Key Responsibilities:
·Understand the client’s business problem, propose learning solutions.
·Develop storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended) keeping in mind learner profile &; technology requirements.
·Collaborate with subject matter experts for content creation &; review.
·Handle customized ID projects independently.
·Handle a team of writers to execute projects and to provide end-to-end learning solution
·Manage client expectations on the projects.
Technical Skills:
·
Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Adult Learning principles, Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms levels, ADDIE model etc.
·Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities) , e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training.
