We are hiring candidates with minimum 6 Months of experience in BPO/KPO/Service Desk for Service Desk Voice Support role. Please find below the detailed job description.
Job Brief- You will assist users through Phone, Chat, Email or tickets raised via Portal following proper Incident Management processes and procedures.

Experience Required – Minimum 6 Months experience in BPO/KPO/Service Desk
CTC Offered – Based on the current salary
Roles and Responsibility –
Log, validate and diagnose user issues, on the full range of products and applications used.
Provide user with a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or route or escalate the user to the appropriate resolution group.
Escalation and management of interactions to agreed service levels.
Being responsive to clients whilst following the principles and procedures of the quality management system.
Demonstrate excellent customer service in all user interactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the service.
Requirements
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Course. (B.E., B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA preferred )
Basic knowledge of computer systems and highly trainable
Good communication skills required (Hindi & English) any other language (Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) will be an added advantage
Answering Service desk support queries via Phone & Email.
Email writing & Reading skills should be good. Should have a working Laptop & stable Internet (Wifi Connection at least 10MBPS) & Good Mobile network connectivity (Sim Network).
Willing to work in a 16*7 environment (Rotational shifts/6 Days a week) (Female- 7am – 8 pm & Male – 7 am – 11 pm)
