Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will have responsibility for managing a team of business-aligned Resourcing Partners, and forming a strategic partnership with a specific business area to understand their objectives and design a recruitment strategy that supports their Client’s objectives.
To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions add to the client.
Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective actions
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations
Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training programs
Measure and manage the team to meet performance targets
Communicate information in a timely, relevant and accurate manner to all team members
Requirements and skills:
Team handling of minimum 8-10 people
Exposure of sales background and accounts related
Has experience in end-to-end client coordination

Benefits
Office timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Alternate Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Sunday fixed off
Monthly fixed salary
Hybrid work as of now
Work from home also provided (laptop and broadband connection is a must)
