Requirements

• Experience managing full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all technologies
• Experience working in IT Staffing environment with the ability to handle multiple requirements a day
• Experience with Application Tracking Systems
• Experience in sourcing consultants in technologies including but not limited to ERP, BI/BW, Front End/Back End, Web/E-Commerce, Oracle Tools, Mobile Apps and QA
• Experience working with advanced recruiting techniques and employment policies
• Extensive experience working with online job portals including Dice, Monster and Career Builder with ability to write search strings using Boolean method
• Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1, T1N1, EAD Green Card and OPT
• Sound Knowledge of Tax Terms including W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp
• Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding organization, communication, management and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail & highly processes oriented

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and search Candidates accordingly
• Advertise open requirements on online job portals and social media websites to attract applicants
• Responsible for detailed evaluation of candidate resumes against specific job requirements
• Responsible for interviewing Candidates over the phone/online and screening Candidates against skills, experience and education
• Evaluate candidates references
• Evaluate communication and Candidates’ willingness to accept the position if offered
• Document and maintain consultants’ information and resumes in application tracking system as appropriate
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Devise new, innovative approaches to outreach and selection
• Recommend updates to current recruiting practices based on market research and new trends
• Ensure all company practices are in accordance with SOPs
• Build candidate pipeline

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
