-Technical Troubleshooting

-L2 Support of Software Products and understanding of hardware Servers

-Good communication skills (Must have)

-Should be able to work in flexible timings (rotational shifts) & 6 days working

-Should be proficient in languages like English & Hindi (any Indian regional language will be a plus)

-Knowledge on coding/programming will be added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
