ABC Consultants Looking for Tech Support at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

The role requirement is of a person who can assist the in-house team for solutions to queries
regarding the various platforms/software used in the successful execution of business operations.
He/ She would be involved in

• Assisting the internal customers with the Software issue/query via Phone or E-mail
• Responsible for the intake and data entry for opening, updating, and maintaining requirements in the required format.
• Assure proper and accurate data entry into the various soft wares involved in process.
• Intake and collate all needed data.
• Manage and solve internal stakeholder’s queries as per defined process.
• Provide the customer with Technical resolutions / Training for the Recruitment tool.
• Ensure customer is explained and satisfied with response provided.
• Gather additional information about reported issue.
• Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the required format.
• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
• Perform other inter/ intra department coordination activities as assigned.

Essential requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent Diploma/Professional degree
• 2 years + experience in data entry role in BPO or other relevant calling profile
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• High integrity
• Hands on experience and familiarity of using some HRIS/ ATS software
• High on energy
