Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware asset troubleshooting and Cloud VOIP Platform.
Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issue like- RAM Change, SSD Change.
Resolving network issues.
Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
Maintaining hardware inventory stock over excel/ Google workspace.
Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, desk side support, resident engineer or a similar role.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software like- Google Workspace.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
Other Requirements:
Minimum qualification- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
Required to provide remote support for 5 days a week and need to visit our office for 2 days every week.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Be available for on-site support during agreed-upon hours/days.
