Experience – 2 to 3 Years in IT HW/NW

Salary – 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Qualification – B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech. / M.Sc IT

Knowledge of ERP, Hardware & Networking

Job Profile

• B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech. / M.Sc IT/ and 3 Yrs experience in related area.
• Knowledge of SQL Database/ Structures.
• Knowledge of Planning, Purchase, Sales and Finance module and full cycle of ERP implementation Knowledge required.
• Should be able to handle independently on writing SQL queries, Views and Stored Procedures.
• Should have knowledge of Crystal Report on new creation and alteration of layouts and reports.
• Should be able to monitor and handle support on third party applications.
• Should be able to monitor and handle existing Hardware and Network infrastructure.
• Hardware & Networking, Printer Support, Mail Configuration, LAN, WAN, Troubleshooting
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
• Should be able to resolve day to day problems on Window OS and other Desktop applications.
• To handle support calls of end users related hardware and network issues on daily basis.
• Hand on experience in MS-Office and related application software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good background in computer hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
