Key Responsibilities : Major Incident, Problem, Change and Release Mgmt, Reporting – Understanding of INC Mgmt Exp of handling MIM bridges Basic technical understanding of Servers, Applications, triaging, Network Basic understanding of MS Suites Exp of handling Problem Mgmt- Proactive and Reactive Exp of Analytical tools like Tableau, Performance Analytics etc Should have exp on Trend Analysis and identifying improvement and automation opportunities Handling CAB calls Advanced Excel knowledge including VB Macros ITIL
