Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Expert in Install, configure, patch and maintain databases 2-Resolve L3-L4 incidents affecting the operation/availability of Databases 3-Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on AWS 4-Design operations architecture and conduct performance engineering in production environment 5-Design and manage database backup strategies / HA / DR / BCP for the business 6-Collaborate with business, Application teams, Operations team

Technical Experience : 1-Working experience in a cloud native environment in one of the 3 major public clouds GCP, AWS, Azure, at least 3 year experience on AWS is preferred 2-Working experience in migrating workloads from on premise to cloud environment 3-Experience and knowledge of Big Data Architectures, cloud and on premise 4-AWS infrastructure and networking working experience 5-AWS Collection Services: Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration Services 6-AWS main Storage Service: S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB

Professional Attributes : 1- Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3- Flexible to work in 24/7 shift

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree

Additional Information : 1-AWS Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or AWS Certified Data Analytics 2-ITIL V3
