Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1: Oversee cloud environment builds and updates the technical systems 2: Developing release schedules, providing support during the technical release process, and ensuring that production systems are functional following a successful release 3: Should work on creation of Azure automation accounts and Azure run books / Ansible play books

Technical Experience : 1: Experience on application deployments in Azure environments mainly Microsoft apps using Octopus deploy 2: Trouble shooting experience on IIS and SQL 3: Good Knowledge in OS Windows server administrator, Windows system administrator, Windows 2019, Windows 2016 etc 4: Good to have knowledge on Service Fabric, Kubernetes, Docker and containers 5: Good Knowledge in Services, File shares and Permissions, Active directory

Professional Attributes : 1: Fluent in English in both oral and written communication 2: Individual must demonstrate a high level of business acumen 3: Able to work in 247 shifts
