Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : -Deploy, Configure, Manage Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools -Maintaining, Configuring, Application Monitoring, Web Transaction Monitoring, Creating Customized Reports, Managing Alerts etc – involving Alert correlations

Technical Experience : -4 to 5 yrs exp on Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools -Implementation/upgradation of Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools -Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs

Professional Attributes : -Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
