Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : – Validate Tickets generated from automated polling, traps, and alarms in accordance with the client policies and SOPs – On a quarterly basis, provide reporting against auto-generated tickets showing trending and improvement of capabilities inside of automation capabilities – In accordance with the agreed Incident management process and event management process, contact client and third Party Provider resolvers to inform them of the event correlation and event validation procedures performed
Technical Experience : – Monitor and manage performance of the environment to meet service Levels and service objectives – Interface with the client enterprise ITSMS Tool to support core – ITIL functions – Maintain, update, develop and publish existing procedures and document any new procedures Including detailed monitoring procedures with thresholds, frequencies, alert types and periodically refine them based on business requirements for infrastructure
Professional Attributes : – Event detection, isolation correlation – Partner with client team to develop and support Dynatrace configuration automation, monitoring plugins, and monitoring script integrations
