Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Key Responsibility 1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2 Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features 3 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 4 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 5 Troubleshoot issues with Unix Server Deployment
Technical Experience : Technical Experience 1 Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Linux Server Administration RHL 4/5/6/7/11, CentOS 4/5//6/7, Ubuntu, Suse E11, 2 Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on VMware Administration vSphere 5x and 6x versions 3 Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 4 Flexible to work in 24×7 Shifts
Professional Attributes : Professional Experience 1 Should have 6 years of experience in Operational support roles 2 Should have supported Datacenter deployments 3 Should have experience performing Datacenter transitions / transformations 4 Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within
