Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements Deep Skills and understanding of the Windows or UNIX platform, including integration into a larger, heterogeneous environment hosted on AWS Cloud and VMware Windows or Linux server infrastructure outage management, infrastructure maintenance, incident, and problem management

Technical Experience : Strong performance tuning, hardware OS optimization understanding including hands on Root Cause System Log Analysis and Reporting Good understanding on Backup/Restore Patching Vulnerability management exposure Exposure of installation and configuration of Operating System on various physical hardware HP, IBM, etc

Professional Attributes : Good communication and Presentation skills Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups Ability to plan activities well in advance and takes in to account possible changing circumstances

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
