Project Role Description :Deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management. Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes, or provide management and coordination across multiple processes.

Key Responsibilities : Managing Estimations, Risks, Finance and resourcing for the project Deliver as per the committed Platform workstack understanding the platforms common goal Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

Technical Experience : Experience in IT industry involving SDLC with Hands-on End to end Finance Analysis experience for minimum 3 years Banking experience and Live/Production implementation experience Risk Management , finance management, Resource management XP, Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc

Professional Attributes : Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
