Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : a Planning and managing support for change management tools and processes b Maintaining the change schedule and projected service outage c Ensure alignment between Change Management and other service management processes and functions Incident, Problem, Configuration, Service Desk, etc d Review and authorize RFCs e Planning, scheduling, managing and chairing CAB meetings f Formally authorizing changes at agreed points in the change lifecycle g Change review before closure – Change Management
Technical Experience : a Knowledge and understanding of change process, principles, methodologies and tools b Client relationship management – Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations c Problem solving and coordination skills d Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle e Change management certification or designation desired
Professional Attributes : a Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Educational Qualification : Any graduate
