Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible in having System Integration and Product administration background to effectively monitor, provide support for Infrastrucuture as well data center monitoring tools solution would be desirable 2 Understanding of the complexities involved in various tools modules, functionalities supported, customer requirements compliance 3 Identify the key customer requirements, understanding compliance and SLA requirements, envisage the high level solution and work with the Subject Matter Expert
Technical Experience : 1 Strong tools administration experience in production environements 2 Configuration and support of monitoring configuration in customer environment 3 Experience of managing multiple versions of tools Practical experience in monitoring 4 Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
Professional Attributes : 1 Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 2 Team leading and people management capabilities 3 Good interpersonal, written, and oral
Educational Qualification : BE, Certifications in the specific area
