Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Provide Remote Technical Support to customers for the enterprise products ➢Manage customer trouble tickets. ➢Provide troubleshooting support and problem resolution to customers ➢Should be willing to work on Sunday to Thursday shift.
Skill Sets Required:
➢Good Communication skills. ➢Good Knowledge & experience in SQL queries and Stored Procedures ➢Basic knowledge on Windows servers ➢Good knowledge in XML, JSON and EDI ➢Technical/Business skills and ability to work within a team Client centric mindset ➢Work experience in Web Services (SOAP/REST/Swagger/JSON/Curl/Postman). ➢Contribute to the creation and review of knowledge articles ➢Experience in writing scripts using Python/PowerShell also be added weightage ➢ Investigative support skills
