Acme Services Looking for IT Manager (Infrastructure and Operations) at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time

 Develop & evolve vision, strategy, and tactics for design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud and on-premises solutions

 Lead large Infra projects, including the design and deployment of new IT Infra systems and services

 Define next gen IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

 Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions

 Lead implementation and augmentation of BCP & DR as per the organizational needs

 Experience with framing policies, processes and procedures for IT Infrastructure

 Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux etc

 IT networks, storage, Data Centre, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure / AWS), End points etc.

 Monitor performance of information technology systems to drive cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving & standardization of the IT infrastructure

 Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and office automation software

 Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively

 Hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and office automation software issues related to internal IT

 Accountable for building and maintaining a high performing team

 Achieve & maintain high Employee Engagement within the Infrastructure & Operations function

 Achieve & maintain high customer satisfaction on services provided by Infrastructure & Operations function

 Management reporting and dashboards for predictability & performance

 Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

 Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.

 Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

 Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiatives

 Ensure completeness of documentation
