We are currently looking for an IT Application Support to be part of our team based in our Chennai Office (Hybrid work model).
The primary role is to provide technical / functional support on our ITSM tool and Office 365 applications (Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive, …). The activity implies responding, troubleshooting, fixing and providing constant update on the progress of the resolution of issues or requests. It also enclose analyzing requirements and providing solutions, project implementation and technical/functional testing for requests from our production teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support by prioritizing and delivering outstanding service.
Qualification, documentation and resolution of functional support requests / incidents.
Commit to the Service Level objective and be aligned with the roadmap.
Analyze and implement application changes according to stakeholder requirements.
Coordination and execution of test scenarios for new releases, incl. set-up of test plans.
Review and create application Support knowledge articles and manuals.
Interact with manufacturers as well as external partners.
Coordination, set-up and execution of training.
Exigences:
Academic degree on Information Systems or similar.
You have minimum 5 years of experience on solution analysis, configuration, and support.
Provable experience in Office365 applications support (Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive,…) is mandatory.
Experience in Jira at administration level will be a plus.
Technical background with good knowledge of Java, Groovy.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Critical thinking.
Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner and collaboratively with others.
Fast learner and able to handle complex dependencies.
Willing to work on CET timezone.
Fluent English is mandatory. Any other European language is a plus.
