Position Overview:
Acquia’s global IT support team is seeking an experienced IT Analyst. As a member of the global IT support team the IT Analyst will help support all of our APJ locations and provide off-hours support to our other global offices worldwide while being exposed to the latest technologies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provision/deprovision accounts and perform password resets across all our SaaS systems
Troubleshoot end-user issues with laptops, peripherals, printers or software
Troubleshoot connectivity issues with ISP, network, WiFi or VPN
Troubleshoot issues with audio/video and video conferencing systems
Provide training on IT systems for new hires during onboarding process
Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects
Procure, setup, and distribute Apple laptops and peripherals to end-users
Maintain computer and peripheral inventory levels
Participate in the implementation of various IT projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting Apple devices and managing them with Kandji / Jamf / Etc. Apple certified a plus
Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently or as a member of a team
Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and unpredictable work environment
Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and ability to thrive under pressure
Understanding of network principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
