• Have to Provide Support to Kheda, Ahmedabad, Dharwad users with on call and remote
• facility.
• Have to troubleshoot windows software as well as hardware for the issue resolution.
• Have to install windows OS.
• Have to Configure outlook application on user’s system and other applications.
• Diagnose the issue using BIOS and Diagnostic tool on PXE Menu.
• Have to manage vendor follow ups as well as have to lodge the call for any H/W Issue.
• Manage network switch and network instrument.

Work Experience :

• Should have experience in above all activities for around 2 to 5 years.
• Educational Qualification
• Technical degree in IT or Professional course of Hardware & Networking.
• Years of experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
