Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven software tester to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.
Good Knowledge in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases Strong knowledge on Selenium, Appium, Microsoft SQL and Jmeter Adept in functional testing and reporting defects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Provide timely solutions.
Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
Provide support and documentation.

Requirements and qualifications:
Run manual and automated test cases (integration, system, regression) on all new releases of our software.
Help in designing and developing test cases, test data, test environments, automation scripts and other testing deliverables as per company test policies and guidelines.
Provide support for creating the test automation frameworks, set up and configure test data for automation.
Understand application use cases and feature requirements in detail.
Logging bugs, verifying bug fixes, and doing Root Cause Analysis for the failures.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work including status updates to summarize project highlights.
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
Work in flexible, extended hours and holidays during product release.
Keep abreast to latest techniques, technologies and tools in the area of SAAS application testing.Experience in working with TestLink, TestSigma, Locust, Jira is desirable.

Tech Skill Set Required: Must have prior experience in creating test automation frameworks and self-serve tools.
Must have prior automation experience for Backend API using Rest Assured, Rest-based web services using Java (TestNG, maven, HTTP client, Rest Assured, JAXB, JAXRS, Jersey, Jackson, Jmeter).
Must have strong hands-on experience on functional and non-functional automation both for Web, Rest services.
Must be strong in writing complex SQL queries using joins.
Must have hands-on experience in designing database schemas for self-serve utilities.
Prior experience and exposure to Big data and Data science models implementation is a big plus.

Understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts
Experience in test automation and test plan creation
