Job Description
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environments(windows 10, windows 7, windows 8 repair and installation)
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, servers, storages, routers and firewall.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot for Network issues, CCTV, attendance system
Familiarity with remote desktop applications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
