Mission
The Manager Recruitment, Adecco India role is to attract candidates and match them to Contract positions with Adecco’s IT Services clients. They work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. They guide their respective team to cater to the requirements on time and deliver as per Clients expectation
Responsibilities
Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies for themselves and the team
Understanding the client’s requirement
Delegating the requirement to the team members based on pre-defined criteria’s
Ensuring achievement for self and team’s targets
Managing the P&L of the Region
Screening / validating the Candidates as per client requirements
Developing and managing Candidate pool.
Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates.
Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates
Managing the Client escalations and managing them well
Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
Willing to handle challenging positions & deliver as per the Turnaround Time.
Responsible for revenue & number targets.
Work Experience
Previous experience in IT recruitment
Good understanding of headhunting, mapping and sourcing
Effective interpersonal skills
High energy levels
Excellent Communication Skills
Good Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Education
Minimum Graduate / Postgraduate
