Requirement:

• Education should be in tech background like Computer Engineer/ Computer science / MCA/ MSCIT/B.tech/M.tech etc.

• Should be customer-centric and expert in troubleshooting & diagnostic skills.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willing to work in US shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am IST)

• Knowledge of product installation and implementation is a plus.

Job Description:

• Respond to customers in tickets when related to application issues, scheduling, website edits, follow-ups, etc.

• Provide technical support for SAAS-based products.

• Follow-up with health care professionals.

• Coordinate with US-based team.
