Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mobile App and Web UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive designs for our mobile applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-centered design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for mobile and web applications.
2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Create high-quality visual designs and user interface elements.
5. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
7. Iterate on designs based on feedback and insights from user testing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Experience with responsive design for various devices and platforms.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to present and defend design decisions based on user-centered design principles and research results.
