Supporting Actions
Application Management
Ensure the Business Support on daily ticket monitoring and Application stability.
Achieve 100% SLA and ensure all deliverables are as per the agreed timeline
Data Management
Monitor and manage data hygiene across the application through exception reporting system
Ensure timely availability of data ( MIS) through reports, dashboards, tools for supporting business decision making
People Management
Develop strong working relationships with key IT and Business function.
Communicate with other departments/formats efficiently and effectively.
Manage and mentor support team
Qualifications:
Post Graduate

5-8 Years
