Responsibilities – UI/ UX Design, Prototyping, User Centered Design, Accessibility, Solution Design, Customer Focus, Customer Journey Mapping, Mobility/Web platforms
Analyze the needs and behaviors of internal stakeholders and/or external customers / users using Design Thinking and similar empathy frameworks to execute powerful user interfaces/experiences
Able to build Design Thinking framework and conduct Design thinking workshops across business
Design interfaces based on user needs and going beyond designing for today’s problems.
Understand business and end-user requirements for improving user-interaction and application adoption.
Designs and configure interactive, user-centric interfaces utilizing information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and human factors.
Conducts, collects, and analyses research results, and clearly articulate findings to refine design of applications and user interfaces utilizing relevant web/mobile/BI and UX/UI design standards.
Familiarity with Agile software development processes and methodologies
Direct other designers in development of interactive prototypes with initial low fidelity visual designs and solve customer pain points and challenges through problem solving
Experience in Interaction Design and/ or Visual Design e.g.
wireframes, storyboards, Customer Journey Maps, user flows, process flows & site maps
Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, good experience with MS Office applications
Understanding all internal technology platforms and evaluating them from a UI/UX perspective, prioritizing the must haves.
Able to craft UI/UX KPI’s and metrics and measure current baseline, execute improvements to significantly enhance UI/UX KPI’s
Devising and establishing UI/UX policies, guidelines, and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Senior management.
Conceptualize / Support / run POC / pilots on new /emerging UI/UX trends with internal teams and SI / OEM partners
Metrics:
Design Thinking methodology and acceptability
User experience CSAT
Deliver project on budget, within timeline, with business value
Craft out metrics for digital adoption including driving the KPI’s
New agile technologies with quicker deployments
Right skills and technology deployment (Tech specific)
Timely inputs and reporting to Head – IT Projects and Transformation Management Office
Transformation Ambassador with ability to deliver transformation goals as directed
Pursue excellence in all aspects of the role
Ability to learn and apply new skillsets and frameworks including design thinking
Qualifications:
Bachelors Information Systems,Bachelor of IT,Master In Computer Application,Bachelor Of Technology
