We are looking for knoweldgable and skilled Desktop Support Engineers to assist Senior Management Team with their IT problems. The work location is at the Aditya Birla Group Company in Worli, Mumbai. Mastery on Apple Ecosystem is must from end user support point of view.
Roles & Responsibilities For VIP Engineer
1. Basic JAMF Knowledge
2. MacOS, iOS, iPad – Apple ecosystem
3. Windows & Android
4. Basic Knowledge of Intune
5. Basic Knowledge of Networking
6. Asset Inventory Management
7. Boardroom, Conference room – VC Management
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Onsite, 5 days a week.
