L2 Technical Support provides advanced technical assistance to customers, including diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues. They must have in-depth knowledge of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with various operating systems and applications. L2 Technical Support should be able to troubleshoot problems, develop and implement solutions, and provide guidance to L1 Technical Support. Additionally, L2 Technical Support should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a team environment. The job may involve some travel to customer sites.
