ServiceNow System Administrator 2
THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and maintaining our ServiceNow instance. The candidate will collaborate with various teams within the organization to identify and implement ServiceNow enhancements and improvements. The candidate will work to ensure that ServiceNow is being utilized efficiently and effectively across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure, maintain and administer the ServiceNow instance.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement ServiceNow enhancements and improvements.
Perform regular ServiceNow updates and patches.
Monitor ServiceNow performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to ServiceNow users.
Participate in ServiceNow projects as needed.
Create and maintain documentation of ServiceNow processes and procedures.
Train new and existing ServiceNow users on the platform.
Stay up-to-date on new ServiceNow releases and functionality.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
