A technical support engineer is a keen problem solver of projects assigned by the company and provides solution to technical issue independently. . He should have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, who should also have good interpersonal skills. Troubleshoot & New Development: – Analysing customer issues, develop plans to mitigate them promptly, identify the need for upgrading of software & hardware by updating the management regularly. Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot defect at customer end and bringing new technical insights for new product developments. Also propose and implement solutions and ability to work in a flexible, team environment.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science.
 3-5 years’ experience in technical application supported in B2B environment.
 The ability to repair machines
 Analytical thinking skills and problem solving skill.
 Excellent verbal communication skills
 Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.

Job Location: Kolkata (work from Home) Need to travel to site locations for service and installations

Salary: 3-4 LPA
