As the Corporate Applications MTC (Mendix /Test Center / Compliance) Manager, you will be part of a high performance EAS Corporate Apps IT team chartered to manage solutions & support of Mendix Applications, Applications compliance & managing Enterprise Test center activities.
In this role, you will lead the Global Corporate Apps MTC team with employees currently located in Singapore and India. You will have significant interaction with Agilent IT management, Agilent business & functional teams along with external partner organizations. Your primary accountabilities will include
Application ownership: On-going management of Agilent’s Mendix platform solution & support catering to both business and IT functions
Own Agilent’s Mendix Center of Excellence. Manage cross functional engagement and own Mendix Roadmap for the organization. Deliver new Mendix applications by IT team as well as by working with business SME’s through citizen development model.
Manage 24×5 Polaris & Mendix applications operations. Ensure your and team’s availability to resolve critical P1 issues with timely RCA’s. Willing to work long stretched global hours with flexibility to adjust work timings on need basis
Ensure compliance of Mendix Apps with IT Architecture, Security, SOX, and other controls
Manage Compliance & audit management services for Key Agilent IT Enterprise Applications that require ongoing monitoring and audit readiness.
Manage Applications Enterprise Test Center (ETC) operations. Ensure continuous delivery of multiple enterprise programs by ETC teams providing testing support, platform & automations.
Ensure compliance to release management, Incident management, Problem Management processes & SLA’s
Escalation management & prompt stakeholder communication for critical business impact issues
Identify and Improve Support Services by working with other IT towers, partners and business functions
Organizational Leadership: of a worldwide team to deliver Application development and support services for the Corporate Apps applications & environment
Lead people to achieve results. Provide effective people management/leadership in alignment to IT Apps organizational priorities
Provide constructive, challenging and positive environment where people can reach and grow toward their full potential.
Hire, retain and develop Agilent talent within the organization

Financial & Vendor Management: Complete ownership of multiple licensed contracts, timely renewals & contracted application management services with an annual budget of more than $ 4 Million USD
Vendor selection and management for Mendix platform, ETC and Apps Compliance in an outsourced environment
Technology and Subject Matter Acumen
Demonstrated hands on technology experience in at least one of the following areas – Enterprise Applications, Identity Management, Applications Compliance, Applications Testing Management.
Extensive experience working with outsourced delivery organizations for any of the above platforms / COE’s
Strong understanding of IT Application Management principles & architectures

Relationship Management
Strong interpersonal relation building skill
Established credibility & integrity in interaction with other Agilent personnel in support of business engagement & project management
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent experience
Min. 10+ years of IT Global experience of managing complex IT systems & support processes
2+ years of management or comparable leadership experience
Prefer experience of managing IT budget of more than $2 Million annually
