Position: NON IT Recruiter (Female candidates)

Any Graduate/Post graduates MBA in HR are welcome

Roles and Responsibilities Handling end to end recruitment cycle.

Screening resumes and taking interview of candidates.

Following up with candidates so that on-boarding process to be done on time

Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.

Posting the job on different Portals like Naukri,

Professionally committed towards the target assigned by the management.

Hands-on experience in Recruitment and making an effective sourcing in Job portals and Social Sites.
