We have an immediate opening for a Principal Workday System Analyst. This position can be located at our global company headquarters in Allentown, PA or can be available to those working remotely in the U.S. This position partners with our Human Resources organization and their customers to analyze work process design to improve processes and enable and enhance the return on technological capabilities.
What you will do:
Serve as the HR Digital Technology partner leading and managing the HCM areas in Workday, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding, and Security.
Work closely with HR and the HRIS team to enhance and outline Workday capabilities to meet business needs and develop product / module roadmaps.
Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize Workday capabilities.
Manage a team of Workday System Analysts to deliver and support key projects and initiatives.
Configure, test, validate, and implement Business Process changes in Workday as needed.
Support incident and ticket management and is the escalation point for Tier 2 & 3 issues that the team is unable to resolve.
Qualifications:
5-8 years supporting HRIS and technology with progressive responsibilities and roles
5+ years of experience in Workday HCM environment, with experience in the following modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Security, Talent)
Involvement with multiple Workday implementations
Experience configuring, implementing and trouble shooting Workday
Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go live, testing)
Experience managing a team of Workday analysts, providing day to day and project deliverables
Collaboration skills to work cross functionally and globally to meet business objectives
