1. Perform troubleshoot on all processes and resolve all issues in network and develop all associate manuals and Process documents.

2. Ensure 24×7 support to all supporting team and ensure efficient delivery of all projects.

3. Develop all test strategies and procedures for all OSS work and provide support to all fault analysis on programs.

4. Basic knowledge of database coding languages SQL, Python, and web languages HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web design coding languages.
