Hiring for HR / Sr. IT Recruiter (PRO Level)!

Part-time or full-me, remote position.

Experience : 5+ years

Fair compensation: Hourly + bonus

Aktok Inc. is a Canadian startup, we are an international well-coordinated team of enthusiastic professionals-creators and developers of AI-empowered communication automation platform https://aktok.ca. Our system allows our customers to create smart chatbots for their business, collect and process more data about their clients.

Responsibilities:
– Solve problems related to personnel (analyze the problem, find the best solution, get it solved)
– H&R and Recruiting (planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, maintaining, etc.)
– various other tasks (optional, if full-time)

Qualifications required:
– Have a degree in a similar field or equivalent
– Have at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment
– Excellent communicational skills, clear English
– Tools for works from home: good quality microphone, stable and fast Internet connection, professional background
– Self-organized problem solver, able to work effectively without supervision
– Ability to arrange effective work with colleagues in various time-zones (Canada, Europe)
