Major accountabilities
Support Legal and Corporate Affairs Business during non-US Hours and US morning
Must have the ability to review, understand issues and resolve accordingly
Ability to communicate well and manage demanding customers
Collaborate with end users and customers to gather and analyze requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with vendors/3rd parties to help resolve application issues
Identify process gaps and propose resolutions to help improve process
Ability to detail system processes and craft process flows
Ability to analyze data to help determine the best solutions and identify issues
Ability to handle and complete small to mid-size projects (coordination of meetings, working with business customers, updating projects in our systems, etc.)

Great understanding of how a system/application works end to end (more functional/process base and not development)
Solid foundational understanding of SaaS/cloud-based systems and how they work
Understand how a system functionally works, what it is used for, how it is managed and being supported
Solid grasp of data management (data movement, reporting and storage)
Solid understanding of system/applications integrations
Education experience
Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or adequate equivalent
Experience:
Corporate Systems like Legal, Communications knowledge
Working technical knowledge
Superb communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills
Experience in managing projects using the waterfall and agile methodology
Open-minded and ability to voice opinions
5+ years working experience in an IT/technical/system environment
Languages
English: Very good spoken and written
Additional language preferred
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel (if needed)
