All India Management Association (AIMA) Looking for Information Technology Manager at New Delhi, Delhi, India Full Time

The person will be responsible for overseeing and management of IT Infrastructure and support, Network management & implementation, security systems support, vendors management, and information management.

Brief KRA

·      Maintaining IT Security, Firewall, Antiviruses & Regular Backups

·      Comply with various safety and security compliances such as ISO and product related compliances and certifications

·      Ensure 100% availability of LAN / WAN & IT Resources, including Servers, Cloud Infrastructure, other hardware, Networks, Microsoft O365, Internet, etc.

·      Maintaining SLA’s & AMC’s with the Vendors & Documentation of IT Hardware & other System Reports

·      Conduct Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity drills

·      Implementing New Technologies, systems to increase work efficiencies & reduce cost

·      Managing IT Budgets as per the Projects Planned.

·      Ensure that users issues should be responded & resolved in time with required support as per user satisfaction

Desired Experience

·      Person should have minimum 6-9 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure and IT Security

·      Should be having vast experience in system admin, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), networking, latest IT systems etc.

·      Should have handled Disaster Recovery situations, Vulnerable Assessments/Penetration Testing, Security Audits

·      Should have experience in setup up/configuring Servers/Firewall/AV/Logs

Desired Qualification

·      Should be Graduate, preferably in IT/Computer Science/Electronics

·      Preferably having some certification in managing Cloud infrastructure, IT Security, DevOps

·      Should have good communication and problem-solving skills

·      Self-motivator and able to work as independent contributor
