Job Title: NON-IT Recruiter

Experience: 5+ years experience in recruitment agency for multiple non-IT clients

Industry: should have worked with Pharma, FMCG, Construction, Hospital, Hotels etc

Salary: up to 50k per month

How many days/week: 6 days a week (Mon to Saturday)

Holidays: Alternate Saturdays OFF

Job Summary:

We are seeking a NON IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes for our existing clients, as well as finding suitable candidates for current job openings. The NON IT Recruiter will be responsible for designing recruitment strategies and promoting our company as the best workplace to attract more candidates. The candidate should have experience in searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and handling their paperwork during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment for existing clients, and finding candidates for current job openings.
• Keeping aware of the existing job openings in different organizations.
• Making job descriptions as per the client’s requirements and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the clients.
• Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions.
• Finding new sources for searching candidates and handling their paperwork during the hiring process.
• Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions.
• Promoting the company as the best workplace to attract more candidates.
• Providing quarterly or annual periodic reports to team managers and handling internship programs for freshers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as a NON-IT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the industry trends and the job market.
• Proficiency in using online job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
