Allied Digital Services Ltd. Looking for IT Helpdesk Coordinator – Kolkata at Kolkata, West Bengal Full Time

• The Helpdesk shall be responsible for logging all complaints received through phone, e-mail, etc.
• Issue of complaint numbers (Tickets) to field engineers/onsite engineers.
• Ensuring that the call is attended & taking updates from the engineers.
• Follow-up for pending calls with respective concerns & updating in call sheet.
• Taking spare request from field and site engineers.
• Ensuring arrangement of replacement spare and their timely delivery at site.
• Knowledge related to handling Vendor management.
• Call tracking & closure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office application (Word / Excel / Power Point)
• Thoroughly understand SLA between us & customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹19,000.00 per month
