Purpose of the role
Service Desk Manager shall oversee the day-to-day activities of service-desk operations and monitor ticket resolution SLAs to ensure users receive necessary support. The manager shall be responsible for managing a team of contractor resources to ensure IT services including network operations are available and functioning correctly.

Education
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, BCA
Experience
9-12 years
5-7 years’ experience in similar role would be preferred
Certification (Desired)
ITIL, PMP, MCSE, Microsoft windows, CompTIA A+
