About the Role:
We are a high growth technology company and are looking for an ambitious, experienced IT professional to join our amazing team in Pune. We fundamentally believe that business success comes from hiring the most talented individuals in the world, and we are looking for an ambitious, driven professional to help build the information technology group at AlphaSense. You will report directly to the Help Desk Manager.
Shift Timings: Evening Shift (2 PM to 11 PM IST)
What You’ll Do:
Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and providing technical assistance for Windows OS and MAC OS.
Provide remote support through remoting into the device or on video.
Record issues and their resolution in our Zendesk ticketing system.
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain the IT systems documentation.
Who You Are:
This is an in-office role.
Passionate about technology and learning new skills
Someone who enjoys helping others and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment
A positive, service-oriented attitude
2+ years of experience within Information Technology
Highly competent in troubleshooting issues for Windows/PC, Android, iOS and Apple hardware.
Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive and Docs, etc)
Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
