Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex software problems in the areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.
Document issues and customer requests, following standard operating procedures and meeting SLAs.
Explain and demonstrate system issues to product development teams and convey customer.
Communicate with product design teams to improve on current design or to identify potential problems.
Develop training content for customers and support team members.
Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor or master’s degree in commerce, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Informatics or combination of equivalent skills and experience in information technology, clinical health care, or health care admissions and financials.
Preferred Experience
Relevant working experience in US Healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), Medical Billing, Accounts receivable, General accounting, US Hospital ERP management.
Working Arrangements:
Shift Timings: 6.30 PM – 3.30 AM IST (24X7)
Able and willing to work after-hours, on-call and/or holidays
