Job Description :
A qualified candidate must have 2 to 5 years proven sales and business development in IT Staffing and Services.
Must have Excellent Communication skills Verbal and Writing.
Knowledge on H1B, EAD, GC and Citizens (All Visas)
Must be self-motivated with strong work ethics.
Must have can do attitude.
Must be well versed with Immigration process to the US and the Consulting/Placement process for the US.
Must be well versed with terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099.
Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
Must be capable of identifying new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for providing staffing solutions.
Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Must have a good understanding of all IT technologies.
Must be a good team player and result driven and need to have transparency in all communication.
Willing to travel to build relationships with clients & vendors
Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.
MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
Zeal to grow as a professional and learn the upcoming technologies and global business dynamics.
Any technical qualification would be a plus.
